Is my dog going to give birth soon?

I have a Doberman Chihuahua dog. We do not know the exact date thats my dog? Was pregnant, we want Tzen sch? About 7 weeks. In the past week, she has been lazy and whatever it is, does sleep. I Took Her temperature this morning and it was 99th 1 (with a rectal thermometer). She gets up every once in a while to eat. Will it be soon Give Birth? Just ask. Thanks in advance

  2. that is possible. when her temperature drops to 98 degrees and she becomes restless then you will be having pups soon
